East meets West in the Choi Cunliffe Orchestra, co-led by emerging Korean pianist and composer Mina Choi and the Grammy-Award winning pianist and arranger Bill Cunliffe,. It's an 18 piece big band with repertoire ranging from traditional Korean orchestrations to energetic swing, jazz & funk.

 Joining will be Jaime Van Der Sluys, originally from Snellville, Georgia, an accomplished performer, educator, studio singer, arranger, and songwriter who has received numerous accolades, including the outstanding vocalist award at the Next Generation Monterey Jazz Festival, and recipient of the Ella Fitzgerald scholarship.
